These terms (Terms) along with our privacy policy apply to each purchase of product by you on this website https://www.motherspolish.com.au (Website). Please ensure you carefully read, understand and agree to these before buying product on the Website.

When you buy product on this Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms, which constitute a contract between you and Command Auto Group (ABN 16 093 260 381) (we, us, our and similar expressions)

These Terms, our website terms and Privacy Policy are governed by the laws of New South Wales, and you consent to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New South Wales to resolve any dispute with us, our suppliers or any other legal entity appearing on this Website.

Variations

Subject to the following paragraph, we may revise and update these Terms at any time without notice to you. It is important that you regularly review the most up to date version of these Terms, as they will be the Terms on which you buy products on this Website. 

If you are a registered user, we will give you 30 days’ notice of any changes that we make to these Terms. If you object to the amended Terms, your only remedy, other than any remedy which cannot be excluded by law, is to stop using the Website.

Ordering products

Any order placed on this Website by you is an offer by you to buy a product or products at the advertised price plus any delivery costs and other charges specified on this Website at the time you place your order.

By placing an order on this Website, you are agreeing to pay for, and accept delivery of, the products ordered.

When you complete your order, you will receive a confirmation email to let you know we have received it. Your receipt of an order confirmation (whether electronic or otherwise) does not signify our acceptance of your order. Before accepting your order, you agree that we may request further verification or information from you.

We reserve the right at any time following receipt of your order to:

  • accept or decline your order and payment for any reason including for unavailability of any product, an error in the price or the product description posted on the Website, or where we reasonably believe you have not complied with these Terms, our Website terms or the Privacy Policy; and
  • without prior notice to you, supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Price

All prices on the Website are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of goods and services tax, unless stated otherwise.

We may promote various coupons, discount codes or weekly specials that offer a discount off the price payable.

To qualify for a discount, you must supply a discount code at checkout or buy within the allotted timeframe. You may only use one discount code per purchase and use of a discount code may over-ride or nullify some of the other discounts we may offer such as free shipping, sale prices or volume discounts.

Payment

Payment is required at the time of purchase and can be made using either credit or debit cards or a PayPal account. All payments are handled by a secure payment gateway provider and will appear on your credit card or PayPal account statement as coming from Mothers Polish Australia/Command Auto Group Pty Ltd. We will charge your credit card or PayPal account when you checkout on the Website. 

If we cannot fulfil your order, some items cannot be shipped or we reject your order, we will refund you accordingly back to the account you used for the order. Please be aware that refunds may take several business days to appear on your statement.

Delivery

We process orders Monday to Friday between 9am to 5pm. We arrange delivery of products Australia wide using road freight logistics providers. The delivery fee will be calculated at the time of checkout. Orders received outside these hours will be processed the following working day.

While most orders to metropolitan areas typically arrive within 2-3 working days and to our interstate customers within 5-7 working days, these are indicative delivery times only and we cannot guarantee delivery timing, including for large orders or due to reasons beyond our control. We will not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities or costs you incur arising out of late or delayed delivery.

Our logistics provider will deliver your order using the name, address and telephone details you provide us with when completing your order. We are not liable for any mis-delivery due to inaccurate delivery details provided by you.

All claims for non-delivery must be received within 30 days from the date we dispatch the order to you. If we do not hear from you within those 30 days, you agree you cannot make any claim against us for non-delivery and must instead pursue your claim with the logistics provider.  

Title and risk in the products pass to you on delivery.

Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with the products you purchase from us and your shopping experience with us.

If you have any concerns at all please reach out to our customer service team first.

If you have mistakenly purchased the wrong product, we will gladly offer you a full refund provided you contact us within 7 days of purchase, and we receive the returned, unopened and sealed product. All products must be returned in original condition, unopened and sealed (unless the products are faulty) to be eligible for a refund. We take care in packaging all orders securely, however, occasionally boxes may be damaged while in transit, we do not offer refunds or replacements on products if only its box is damaged.

Unless we reasonably determine the product is being returned due to our error or product fault:

  • you are responsible for any shipping charges on returned products; and
  • we will not refund you the delivery fee originally paid.
